01

What AspirantFlow is

AspirantFlow is an independent preparation platform operated by Deep Arch AI Labs. It evaluates handwritten Mains answers the way an examiner reads them, builds feedback a student can act on, and organizes the whole preparation loop around what each evaluation reveals.

02

An engine built for this exam

AspirantFlow’s AI is not a general chatbot pointed at essays. It is built for UPSC Mains evaluation and grounded in real past papers and patterns from topper answers.

What the engine does

  • Reads handwritten booklets, including mixed English and Hindi answers.
  • Marks every answer dimension-wise, the way an examiner allocates marks.
  • Writes feedback against your own lines, not generic advice.
  • Maps each evaluation into your analytics, planner, and practice loop.

How we ensure quality

  • Every scored dimension is checked against the transcript in multiple passes.
  • A page below the reading-confidence threshold is routed for additional review instead of being scored from an uncertain reading.
  • Factual challenges are raised only with a source attached.
  • A UPSC Mains expert reviews every evaluation before it reaches you.

The review screen also keeps you in the loop: you can see and refine exactly what the engine read before an evaluation is finalized.

03

Expert review before release

A UPSC Mains expert reviews every evaluation before it reaches you. The system prepares the marking; the expert checks the judgment, evidence, and feedback; then the result is released.

If anything in an evaluation looks off, report it from the results page or write to the team. Flagged evaluations receive a fresh expert review, and repeated issues are used to improve the evaluation rules.

04

You stay in control of submitted work

Every upload flows through a review screen before final save. You can correct extracted text, fix answer options, edit low-confidence answers, and upload missing answer keys. Publish only after the content is accurate.

Signed-in users can review an upload or use the in-product feedback form to report a recurring issue.

05

Data handling and ownership

Your uploads remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to upload each paper. We store account details, uploaded papers and answers, and generated results so drafts, attempts, and reports remain connected to your account.

Uploaded content is processed for reading, scoring, and feedback. We do not sell your data. Service providers process it only to host and deliver the product, read submitted pages, run evaluation steps, and handle payments when enabled. We do not permit them to use your answers or documents to train their models. The Privacy Policy explains these processing purposes.

A complete export and account deletion are available in Settings. Deletion removes your uploads and generated results from active systems, subject to the narrow retention exceptions stated in the Privacy Policy.

06

Security controls

  • Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
  • The public Service is delivered over HTTPS.
  • Eligibility documents are used to match a name and roll number against the official qualified list and for nothing else.
  • One account is permitted per person and per UPSC roll number.

Report a suspected security issue to [email protected].

07

Availability and change management

Maintenance windows and product changes are announced in the product. Long-running workflows show their current status.

Material changes to the terms or data practices are announced in the product before they take effect.
