AspirantFlow (the “Service”) is a product of Deep Arch AI Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms govern your use of the Service. By creating an account, you agree to them.

AspirantFlow is a UPSC preparation platform. Its core is an exam-specialist evaluation engine built for UPSC Mains on real past papers and real topper answers: it reads handwritten Mains answers, marks them dimension-wise the way an examiner allocates marks, and sends every evaluation to a UPSC Mains expert before release. Around that core sit practice tests with auto-scoring, study tools, and the Jugnu study assistant.

The current pilot is free through CSE 2026 Mains for verified Mains-qualified candidates. We collect no payment or card for pilot access, and the pilot does not convert to a paid plan automatically.

• One account is permitted per person and per UPSC roll number.
• Eligibility claims must be truthful. A signup using someone else’s roll number may be reversed through our dispute process, and misrepresentation may result in termination.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Daily limits on evaluations, chat turns, and searches allow the free pilot to serve all eligible users. You may not bypass those limits, scrape the Service, probe its security, abuse the platform, resell access, or infringe another person’s rights.

AspirantFlow is an independent platform built by Deep Arch AI Labs. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UPSC or any examining body. Study material derived from publicly available topper answers is anonymized and used as method guidance, not republication.

Your uploads remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and evaluate them for you. You remain responsible for having the right to upload each paper and for reviewing extracted text before relying on it.

We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party models. The Privacy Policy explains the processors used to deliver the Service.

The Service, including its evaluation engine, feedback formats, study material, software, and branding, belongs to Deep Arch AI Labs and its licensors. Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own preparation. Reproducing, reselling, or building a competing dataset from the Service’s outputs is not permitted.

The pilot is free. If paid plans launch, prices will be displayed before any charge. A payment processor will handle checkout. Nothing converts from free to paid automatically.

Future payments will be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the stated refund windows and cancellation terms.

We ship improvements continuously and announce maintenance in the product. You may delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and may correct errors or inaccuracies in the Service or its content when we find them.

We may update features and these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Arch AI Labs’ total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the month preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify Deep Arch AI Labs against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, your uploads, or your unlawful use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, both sides agree to attempt resolution informally by writing to [email protected] and allowing fifteen days for a response.

• Electronic communications. You consent to receive notices and records electronically; electronic acceptance of these terms has the same force as a signature.
• Severability. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No partnership. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Deep Arch AI Labs.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your account or these terms; we may assign them as part of a corporate reorganisation that honours their substance.
