Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is issued by Deep Arch AI Labs, the operator of AspirantFlow.

During the current pilot, AspirantFlow is completely free for verified CSE 2026 Mains-qualified candidates. No payment is collected. No card is required. Nothing converts to a paid plan automatically. There is therefore nothing to refund during the pilot.

Paid plans will launch only after the pilot. All prices will be shown clearly before any charge. A payment processor will handle checkout. The current Pricing Details page identifies what is available now and what remains to be announced.

If you are charged incorrectly, charged twice, or a purchased service is not delivered, write to us within 7 days. Once approved, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Unused credits. Credits that were purchased but remain entirely unused are refundable within 7 days of purchase.
• Delivered evaluations. Once an evaluation has been produced and released to you, that use of credit is not refundable. If you believe the evaluation was defective, tell us. We will re-evaluate it or refund the credit at our discretion.

You may stop using a future paid plan at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made. We will not enable auto-renewal without your explicit consent.
