Signup and eligibility questions
If a gated signup is pending or was rejected and you believe the decision is wrong, reply from your registered email and include your roll number. You may also use the appeal path in the product. Our team reviews each appeal.
Data requests
Export and account deletion are available in Settings. For any data request that you cannot complete there, email either support address with the subject line “Data request”. See the Privacy Policy for the full collection, processor, retention, and rights disclosures.
