Privacy Policy

AspirantFlow (the “Service”) is a UPSC preparation platform operated by Deep Arch AI Labs. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Deep Arch AI Labs. This policy explains what the Service collects, why we use it, where it is processed, and the controls available to you.

• Account details. Your name, email address, and password. We store the password only as a salted hash.
• Eligibility proof. During gated signup, we collect your UPSC roll number and one identity document (an admit card, Aadhaar, or another government ID). We use the document to match your name and roll number against the official qualified list and for nothing else.
• Your study work. Handwritten answer copies, typed answers, notes, plans, conversations with Jugnu, and the evaluations produced from that work.
• Usage records. Attempts, scores, and product events needed to operate the Service and enforce fair-use limits.

• Evaluate answers and provide feedback, marks, and analytics.
• Verify eligibility for gated access once, during signup.
• Send transactional email, including verification and approval decisions.
• Enforce daily fair-use limits and protect the Service from misuse.

We do not sell your data. We do not permit any processor to use your answers or documents to train its AI models.

We use service providers only for the functions needed to operate AspirantFlow:

• Hosting and database services. Store account data, uploaded work, and generated results, and run the application.
• Document and evaluation processing. Read and transcribe uploaded pages and perform steps in the evaluation pipeline.
• Site delivery and security. Deliver the Service and protect it from abusive traffic.
• Payment processing. Process a payment only if and when you choose a paid product.

We do not permit these providers to use your answers or documents to train their models.

The following controls support your data rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act):

• Export. Download a complete copy of your data from Settings at any time.
• Deletion. Delete your account from Settings. Your copies, attempts, evaluations, and workspace files are removed from active systems.
• Correction. Update your profile in Settings. For anything you cannot change yourself, write to [email protected].

We keep your data while your account exists. Account deletion removes it, except for records we must retain to prevent abuse of the one-account-per-roll rule or to meet legal obligations.
